When working with me, you decide what you’d like to change and I will come alongside you to help create a realistic roadmap that is truly gentle, is centered around your connection, and prioritizes the needs of both you and your baby.

I will empower you to follow your intuition, share helpful education and resources on biologically normal infant sleep, and equip you with strategies to make change and optimize sleep for the whole family (all without any form of sleep training!).

 FAQs

  • My approach looks at sleep holistically, focusing on figuring out your child’s unique sleep needs (not all babies need 12 hours overnight!), getting to the root cause of sleep disturbances (like nutrient deficiencies, airway health, etc) and making realistic changes to sleep in way that respects the needs of everyone in the family.

  • No, the Baby-Led Sleep & Well-Being approach does not use any form of sleep training or non-responsive methods.

  • We will start by going over your intake and discuss your challenges. Then, we will set some realistic goals and co-create the Sleep Plan. I will also answer any questions you have and give you all the reassurance you need to feel confident in your parenting choices!

  • Optimizing schedules/routines to get the most sleep, getting to the root cause of hourly or very frequent wakes, nap transitions, starting daycare, bedtime battles, moving on from cosleeping, night weaning, changing sleep associations, bringing a partner into bedtime, and more!
